Super sandwiches

On a lighter note, it was rainy today, that means cooking!

I was trying to emulate a panini I would get at an Italian deli back home.

Canned red peppers (fresh roasted red peppers nex time), black olives, capers, mozzerella Cheese, mayo, and ham (couldn't find pepperoni), and a johnny cake (local panamanian bread).

Put it on the pan with a heavy lid weighing it down.

Cut and serve.. mmmmm.
